Public bug reported:
PKCS#11 modules should generally install a module file for p11-kit so
that they appear automatically to applications. (cf.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/opensc/+bug/1649796 )
The SoftHSM2 package doesn't do this. Amongst other things, this causes
'make check' to fail when building OpenConnect.
