Public bug reported:
The collectd package fails to build in artful-proposed on x86 because
linux-libc-dev 4.12.0-11.12 has dropped the asm/msr-index.h header that
was previously present and which collectd's turbostat plugin relied on.
Please re-add this header if possible. If there is a reason that it
should not be exposed to userspace and this is a deliberate change,
please reassign this bug and I will arrange to bundle it with the
collectd source instead.
