There is no point getting narky about this.  Yes its frustrating.  This
bug should be assigned to the PPA Linux-firmware-raspi2 package, but
there is no facility to do that in Launchpad.  You presumably have that
PPA enabled, therefore they (Ryan) are the only ones who can
automatically fix it.

People are using a server image, therefore it is reasonable to expect
some competence.  To suggest editing a text file is beyond users is a
bit far fetched.

Some clear instructions on the wiki would fix this problem until a new
image is built by somebody.
