Public bug reported:
This is on Zesty with kde-thumbnail-openoffice 1.0.0-0ubuntu5 with
dolphin 4:16.12.3-0ubuntu2 (KDE frameworks 5.36.0, Qt 5.7.1).
This has worked in the past. In particular signed OpenDocument were
marked with a 'certificate' icon insert, which was very useful.
