Public bug reported:

My /var/log/syslog file get's flooded with messages like this:

Aug 19 08:37:49 xxxxx systemd[1]: php7.0-fpm.service: Got notification message
from PID 1309 (READY=1, STATUS=Processes active: 0, idle: 2, Requests: 0, slow:
0, Traffic: 0req/sec)
Aug 19 08:37:49 xxxxx systemd[1]: Sent message type=signal sender=n/a
destination=n/a object=/org/freedesktop/systemd1/unit/php7_2e0_2dfpm_2eservice
interface=org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties member=PropertiesChanged cookie=4397
reply_cookie=0 error=n/a

interface=org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties member=PropertiesChanged cookie=4398

Process 1309 is the php master process:

root      1309  0.0  0.1 289068 29284 ?        Ss   02:15   0:00 php-
fpm: master process (/etc/php/7.0/fpm/php-fpm.conf)

This message appears exactly every 10 seconds - for no obvious reason.
The syslog file get's larger and larger.

I don't know if this is related, by I see (less) frequent messages like
this as well:

Aug 19 08:57:26 xxxxx systemd[1]: systemd-timesyncd.service: Got
notification message from PID 838 (WATCHDOG=1)

and

Aug 19 08:57:49 xxxxx systemd[1]: systemd-logind.service: Got
notification message from PID 1052 (WATCHDOG=1)

I did not edit any syslog configuration files. I did not change
anything. I even did not modify the php configuration files except for
increasing the amount of memory an upload HTTP request could require.

I don't know for how long these messages flood my syslog but I've the
strong feeling, this shouldn't be the case.
