I cannot reproduce with the same kernel 4.10.0-32-lowlatency. Your
build log suggests that you are missing the file /usr/src/linux-
headers-4.10.0-32-lowlatency/arch/x86/include/generated/asm/unistd_32_ia32.h
(or perhaps one of the symlinks that points to it).
Does ‘dpkg --verify linux-headers-4.10.0-32 linux-
headers-4.10.0-32-lowlatency’ produce any output? (If so, these
packages have been corrupted somehow and will need to be reinstalled.)
