Public bug reported:

New and updated version of budgie-indicator-applet is now available.

Please can this updated version of our existing universe package be
uploaded to Artful (17.10)?

Note:
  normally I would do this via Debian. However budgie-desktop v10.4 which this
package depends upon is awaiting its final round of reviews by Debian
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=872182) i.e. ordinarily if
uploaded it would sync - the reason for the request here is:

1. due to the upcoming ubuntu artful freeze date; not sure when the final
reviews will complete and the package accepted into Debian unstable
2. as mentioned - this version of our applet depends upon v10.4 of
budgie-desktop - so there will be a significant time-lag for both
budgie-desktop being accepted, this package being uploaded/reviewed and
accepted; this cannot be achieved by artful freeze date

Changes since last version:

    * New release (LP: #)
    - Removing self theming since this is now handled by
      budgie-desktop v10.4
    - fix startup warning
    - add applet blacklist
  * Packaging Changes
    - debian/copyright: year change and repo name change
    - debian/copyright: http --> https

Notes:
lintian -i -I -E --pedantic run on built changes files
check-all-the-things run on the source
