Public bug reported:
Since recently, presumably due to some update to Ubuntu 16.04 my keyboard
shortcuts under Unity take forever to activate (roughly 30 seconds) At first I
thought it was an issue with Tilix, but its creator asked to check other
shortcuts (I had only the one custom one) but then it turned it also happens
for other apps, such as gedit. This is on Tilix 1.6.4 installed on Ubuntu
16.04.3 running under Unity with Gtk 3.18.9
Does anybody know which updates might have caused this or what the solution is?
Also please note that apps like guake that define their own shortcuts are not
effected.
