I can't get even regular Gnome apps to scroll horizontally with a scroll
wheel when holding the cursor on the scrollbar. Perhaps this is a change
in Ubuntu 7.10. Please try Ubuntu 7.10 and see if Gnome still allows
horizontal scrolling for you. Perhaps something is wrong with my setup.
