I think that there may be something wrong with this file. I can
reproduce the problem as is. But just moving the sheets around without
saving also fixes the problem. Eg if I move sheet 2 before sheet 1 and
then back it works fine for copy/paste.
Can you reproduce this problem with any other xls document?
