Installed snap applications are not showing in Application dash and
/snap/bin is not in $PATH
Description: Ubuntu Artful Aardvark (development branch)
Release: 17.10
Test Case
1. Install any snap with snap install or Gnome Software
2. Launch application from Application dash or the command line with the name
of the command
Expected Result
It runs
Actual Result
Can' see the application in the Application list and/or command not found:
<snap-name>
