Hi Yash,
he install fail is of 25th August, so soe of the related logs are incomplete
since the report does not attach all history back (I only see 28th in e.g.
journal errors).
The TL;DR is that on an upgrade of libvirt it has to restart the service
to let it pick up the new changes/fixes - that has failed in your case.
Unless you have resolved it already please after a failed update run:
$ systemctl status libvirt-bin.service
And report the output here
If you want to provide more debug information in the first shot consider adding
the following to "/etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf"
log_outputs="2:file:/var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.log"
Then restart the service via
$ systemctl restart libvirt-bin
And then do the upgrade.
Attach the generated log file here to the bug.
Please consider disabling the extra logging afterwards as it can write a
lot of output.
Since I can't find more helpful pointers in the log so far I set it to
incomplete until further info was provided.
