At various stages while trying to configure installation,
the installer reports crashing while trying to copy files
to the hard disk.
Installation is to a Hyper-V Generation 1 VM on Windows 10.
Running on a Intel 5820K processor.
The hard disk is a directory in a partition on a Patriot Ignite SSD.
