Public bug reported:
Installing Kubuntu artful Beta1 with OEM-Setup mode, the installer
(ubiquity) window height exceeds the screen size but no scroll bar so
the bottom was cut.
This problem happens only in OEM-Setup mode. In normal mode it is
correct.
