People who wants to use it clearly can use them. However, it's not
something we support and want to enable by default.

Indeed, this introduces a big inconsistency in term of usage:
Having one application focused:
- if it only has one window drawn, a click would minimize the application
- if it has multiple windows, a click would propose or cycle through the 
existing windows.
So, in case your application have multiple windows, there is no way to minimize 
via the dock. This is way less predictable then our minimize button that we 
have in the window title.

It's better to keep a consistent view and mechanism for the user's
model. We kept the ubuntu dock schema compatible for more advanced users
to tweak their experiences their own way, and you can use it if you feel
the need. It's not a good default to be generally applied.
