Public bug reported: GNU PSPP was removed from debian testing because it did not compile with gcc7. We made a release 1.0.1 which is currently in debian unstable.
I guess pspp is not in the list of packages for Ubuntu artful because it was not in debian testing at the time of feature freeze for artful. Please add the debian package pspp 1.0.1 to artful.
