I used dconf editor to change the button layout. I still had to adjust the gnome override for csd windows as well. I didn't see the button style one, I had changed that in budgie settings. I guess the simpler bug would be buttons on the left should mirror the right layout, as of now they do not, in Budgie or GNOME for that matter. I didn't want to push that though as its a question of taste? It just makes sense to me.
