Hello, I have the same issue by using Inkscape 0.92.2 from command line.
Segmentation fault message appears just after typing command line. It concerns Windows deliveries: 32 & 64 bits (0.92.2 build 5c3e80d - 2017-08-06) However Inkscape is starting correctly by using GUI interface. Consider this matter with highest priority as it prevent us to switch to this release.
