Public bug reported:
With some applications (so far I've seen it with Firefox, Caja and
Telegram [from the flexiondotorg PPA]), the associated icon on the dock
never stops flashing once the application has loaded, and even continues
after it has been closed.
I have noted in the case of Firefox, where it is started from the icon
pre-populated on the dock, there is a new icon created for the running
application and the original icon continuously flashes.
Possibly related, but not necessarily, Telegram (from the telegram-
desktop package from Universe) never shows up in the dock when running,
although the same version of Telegram from the Snap package does
(actually, have just checked the snap name the current version of the
Telegram Snap is higher than the Universe package, but when tested they
were both 1.1.19).
