Hi, Is anybody having scim problems in Ubuntu Gutsy? Even in gedit, selecting scim input from the contextual menu doesn't work (even though scim is sitting idle in the taskbar), not to talk about the Ctrl+Space method in other applications.
I installed support for Chinese, English and French and am under a French session, and I also checked the "Enable support to enter complex characters" (I unchecked and checked it a few times, restarting X in the process to be sure). Since then, it borked my keyboard, but didn't give me any access to scim input, Thanks, Loic (yes, the ¨on the i doesn't work anymore, unless I copy/paste it) ** Summary changed: - [Feisty Edgy Dapper] language-support-"any CJK language" doesn't set up a way to input this language with scim if the session doesn't correspond to this particular CJK (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) language + [Gutsy Feisty Edgy Dapper] language-support-"any CJK language" doesn't set up a way to input this language with scim if the session doesn't correspond to this particular CJK (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) language -- [Gutsy Feisty Edgy Dapper] language-support-"any CJK language" doesn't set up a way to input this language with scim if the session doesn't correspond to this particular CJK (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) language https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/34282 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
