My apologies. I just watched the version of the recording tyhat I uploaded to YouTube today, and sure enough, the full screen is shown.
Before I uploaded it to YouTube, I watched it in VLC media player (version 2.2.2 Weatherwax), and that's where it appeared that only part of the screen had been recorded.
