Fix seems to work, I see it waiting for 1+2+4+8 second overall before declaring the job ready by detecting the socket.
Also the extended test adapting unix_sock_path in /etc/libvirt/libvirtd.conf e.g. to "/var/run" worked (which would have failed before). Libvirt comes up and is considered up correctly even using a non default path. As long as it is in the post phase it is reporting eventually every 30 seconds to the log. Status is like ""respawn/post-start, (post-start) process 1177 Prepping an MP to review and a SRU Template. But heads up - there is another SRU ongoing that has to complete before that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1571209 Title: Sockfile check retries too short for a busy system boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1571209/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
