Public bug reported:
Monitor settings are forgotten after external monitor falls asleep and
then wakes.
Previously set resolutions are forgotten, and max resolutions are
defaulted to.
The "Mirror displays" setting is ignored and enabled even though it was
previously disabled.
The "Mirror displays" setting checkbox is unchecked even though the
system erroneously enabled the setting upon the monitor waking.
I am forced to reset the resolution on my monitors, and toggle the
"Mirror displays" setting so that it is disabled once again.
