Public bug reported:
Got this warning a few days after upgrading my Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS server
from 4.4 to 4.10.0-33 (linux-hwe), and applying "bbr" as congestion
control.
I'm using the following non-default kernel parameters:
net.core.somaxconn = 512
net.core.default_qdisc = fq
net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control = bbr
net.ipv4.tcp_slow_start_after_idle = 0
net.ipv4.tcp_mtu_probing = 1
net.core.rmem_max = 67108864
net.core.wmem_max = 67108864
net.ipv4.tcp_rmem = 4096 87380 33554432
net.ipv4.tcp_wmem = 4096 65536 33554432
