Public bug reported:
Opening the Settings application, under the Devices tab, in the Printers
category, when selecting a printer and clicking the cog button to the
right of it, followed by clicking "Printer Details", will open a sub-
window/dialog that lacks window buttons to close the window. Note, this
does not occur when clicking the "Printing Options" option from that
dropdown.
