Public bug reported:
The changes to setup_mountpoint to rbind /dev were made to live-build
/ubuntu-cpc/functions in setup_mountpoint() but there is no matching
teardown function. This forces callers of setup_mountpoint to duplicate
cleanup code. It would be a little cleaner to add a teardown_mountpoint
function.
