Public bug reported:
On non GNOME shell DEs (and even on GNOME shell using the in-app app
menus) like Budgie desktop GNOME control center shows both the app's
menu (its icon) and a separated menubar with yet another menu for the
app with the exact same functions but ugly, could you work with the
staff of GNOME to fix this? I personaly though that this weird and bad
app design was allready ended
