I've bootstrapped this on ppc64el; it'll show up in the archive soon.

(arm64 is a different issue; ldc isn't built for arm64 in Debian yet,
and seems to currently fail. When it's built and we have a sufficient
version in Ubuntu then we can bootstrap that too.)
