The commande "xrandr --output default --mode 1680x1050" doesn't change anything.
With the initial settings, after reinstallation of kubuntu, I check Monitor & Display>Display Format. It was set to 4:3. I change to 16:9 without effect. I remember that with Opensuse, the problem was solved with a graphical tool which permit to slighty modify the monitor frequency. Do you know such a tool on command line? ** Attachment added: "xorg.conf (after xrandr --output default --mode 1680x1050 command)" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10114859/xorg.conf -- contracted screen with 1680x1050 resolution https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/148208 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
