BTW - the bulk of the changes are translation updates

* Bug-fix release (LP: #)
- hide budgie-pixel-saver-applet and budgie-appmenu-applet
since these do not work with budgie desktop 10.4 (16.04)
- changed flatpak weblink to new flathub equivalent
- Latest translation updates
