This now also happened on digglett. There libvirt was starte don 28th August (reboot) and a guest rh-x1 created on 8th Sept. Then on 8th Sept the service was restarted (with rh-x1 still alive). Subsequent starts failed (detected on sept 19th).
So the case here is create x1 restart create x2 -> fail (colliding with :0) $ sudo dpkg --verify libvirt-daemon-system Shows none of the usual configs broken or even changed. But then it works on fresh environments to recreate :-/.
