Somewhat related, we should also change our default storage backend
logic to be a bit more clever:

1) If shared.VarPath() is btrfs and btrfs tools are available, select btrfs
2) If zfs tools are available, select zfs
3) If btrfs tools are available, select btrfs
4) Fallback to dir
