Please don't run gnome-tweak-tool as sudo. There is nothing at all in
gnome-tweak-tool that will benefit from that.
Opening things as sudo that should not be is how you get permission
errors like the recently-used.xbel file you mentioned. I suggest either
deleting that file or changing its owner to your user (oem ?).
I'm closing this bug since there doesn't seem to be a bug in Tweaks
presented here. Please feel to open a new bug with specific details if
you do find an issue.
