Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 17.10: After installing gnome-shell-extensions package it seems
all extensions are enabled and can't be disabled causing top and bottom
bar changes. Toggling all buttons off/on doesn't help either. I'm not
sure if all extensions are enabled but Window List, App Menu and Places
are for sure.
