I tried today in the morning with the daily image from the 21st and manually
copied over the latest installer and it worked fine.
Tried later again with the daily build from the 22nd and the d-i that's
included and it also worked without any problems.
Interestingly the 'Choose Language' issue is gone and I also didn't saw the
VLAN problem I mentioned in LP 1718421.
So I'm closing this and LP 1718421.
