Public bug reported:
I was installing 17.04 and the installer crashed. I had just
partitioned and hit install, a few minutes later the installer started
complaining like "apt install failed." Installation is incomplete so I
am still in the explore and test configuration. I have not yet rebooted
so there are no files for me to attach. This was my second attempt, but
both yielded the same result.
