Thanks for taking your time to report this issue and help making Ubuntu
better.
Since the release of Ubuntu 17.10 is fast approaching, so a newer
version would need a FreezeException to be included (see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for details). Looks like
someone has already filed a request for such and exception, so I'm
marking this as a duplicate of bug 1719825.
