Everyone with this problem, can you please add a line
@{PROC}/*/cmdline r,
after the line
@{PROC}/*/auxv r,
in your /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd file, then run
sudo aa-enforce /usr/sbin/cupsd
and reboot.
