Following discussion with slashd, I'm resubmitting the debdiffs to also include the fix to #1531150 and to include artful.

(LP: #1531150) [Test Case] There is unfortunately no specific test cases since this is a bunch of bugfixes to improve landscape-client for Xenial and trusty users.
