buffers --enable-webgl-image-chromium --flag-switches-begin --enable-
accelerated-mjpeg-decode --enable-accelerated-video --force-gpu-
rasterization --use-simple-cache-backend=on --enable-tcp-fastopen
--enable-zero-copy --ignore-gpu-blacklist --v8-cache-options=code --v8
