Public bug reported:
The time slider for disabling touchpad while typing doesn't work when
set for 0.9 second or lower.
1) Xubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
2) 4.12.0-2ubuntu1
3) Delay is configured as described by the slider
4) Selecting 1s or longer works as expected, but 0.9s and lower has no effect
at all, cursor can still move around and be clicked etc while typing.
