Laptop + external monitor
Output set to be on external only
Test Case:
1. Boot the system
Actual result
After boot there is a purple screen but the login dialog is not displayed and
the user cannot login
It is not possible to switch to the laptop internal monitor either with the
keyboard function keys or by unplugging the cable.
