Public bug reported:

Firefox, Opera, apt, etc take a long time to access to the network.
An example : When the connection is established with a webpage in firefox, the
speed is normal. But each time I want to access to another website, there is a
delay of 20 to 30 seconds just to begin the display of the webpage.

I resolve this issue by turning off the ipv6 flag in
/etc/modprobe.d/aliases

Maybe the problem is due to my router (the standard router from
swisscom, the main telephone company in switzerland), but maybe it's
possible to deactivate automatically ipv4 when this kind of problem
happens.
