Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
Release: 16.04
midori/xenial,now 0.5.11-ds1-2 i386

there's an item of speed dial. it's originally in 4th or 5th place,
can't delete and arrange. and when I deleted all the others, this one
still can't be deleted and moved up/left in order each time previous
dial was deleted untill goes to first (top left).

the speed dial refers to an address of a localhost address
(localhost/something), which the local php server wasn't on, and
physically the file was already removed. I can add new items and delete
those new items, but can't delete this item. also can't move (arrange)
it, it always in top left position.

I solved it by manually editing .config/midori/speeddial (which has no
permission problem) and delete the entry. So, likely I can't reproduce
it. after that, I can create and delete new speed dial normally.

** Affects: midori (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
