Public bug reported:

Hi,

I just produced unusable snaps with snapcraft, they are unreadable by
users other than root.

reason: In my personal account where I was building the snap, I have a umask of
077, and snapcraft just uses this umask to build the snap. After installing the
snap, all files belong to root with umask 077, thus unreadable.

I have to perform a umask 022 before creating the snap. That's odd and
error prone.
