I was using the super key to search for libre office base and it came up
in the results under software, so I clicked to install it and it came up
with the error and suggested I submit the bug with the info it had
generated.  I did this, then tried installing from command line sudo apt
install libreoffice-base I think.  I can't recall at this point whether
it may have said it was already installed or went through the install
process.  In any event, when I used the super key to find libre office,
base was now available and I have used it successfully with no problems.
