[Impact]
A number of bugs were fixed in NGINX 1.12.2, including making certain
types of connections work properly, data corruption issues being
resolved in HTTP/2 clients, handling of addresses when working with UNIX
domain sockets, and other bugs which could impact operation.
From the NGINX change logs, 1.12.2 was released with bugfixes recently:

*) Bugfix: client SSL connections were immediately closed if deferred
accept and the "proxy_protocol" parameter of the "listen" directive
were used.
*) Bugfix: client connections might be dropped during configuration
testing when using the "reuseport" parameter of the "listen"
directive on Linux.
*) Bugfix: incorrect response length was returned on 32-bit platforms
when requesting more than 4 gigabytes with multiple ranges.
*) Bugfix: switching to the next upstream server in the stream module
did not work when using the "ssl_preread" directive.
*) Bugfix: when using HTTP/2 client request body might be corrupted.
*) Bugfix: in handling of client addresses when using unix domain
sockets.
Please update Ubuntu's NGINX accordingly.

Very very limited potential; all fixes originate from an Upstream
release of the fixes, and in turn is thoroughly tested upstream.

I'm doing a minor version bump here, mostly because it's literally a
microrelease increase, and we aren't jumping any major versions here.
This technically has a minor version bump for that bugfix release only,
and no other changes beyond those fixes.
