the error is right there in your log:
  The value of variable $myhostname is "DMS01", but should have been
  a fully qualified domain name; perhaps uname(3) did not provide such.
  You must explicitly assign a FQDN of this host to variable $myhostname
  in /etc/amavis/conf.d/05-node_id, or fix what uname(3) provides as a 

You might wonder that you haven't set this up but there is no way it can know.
So the default is that it asks for your hostname via:
  hostname --fqdn
See /etc/amavis/conf.d/05-node_id as pointed out by the error.

Now DMS01 is not a correct fqdn, configure one explicitly in the amavisd
config or change your hostname accordingly then things should work.
