Public bug reported:

When installing both directly and after trying the LiveUSB; the
installer grays out the option to log in automatically and to encrypt
the home folder - and that last option is selected.

I therefore cannot choose -not- to encrypt my folder, forcing me to
change my habits from a manually encrypted "Private" folder.
