Public bug reported: lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 17.10 Release: 17.10 Kernel Version: 4.13.0-16.19
After a full system upgrade from Zesty to Artful, Windows 10 virtual machine was no longer able to boot. I am currently using an ACS patched kernel in order to support GPU passthrough for use with Windows 10. Problem was fixed by downgrading OVMF package from ovmf_0-20170911 .5dfba97c-1_all.deb to ovmf_0-20161202.7bbe0b3e-1_all.deb. ** Affects: edk2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1725560 Title: OVMF UEFI firmware causes Windows 10 to not boot after upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/edk2/+bug/1725560/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
